Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your MindRenew account at any time. This action removes your profile, reflections, journal entries, weekly check-ins, completion reflections, support requests, and pastoral notes you authored.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, journey type, ministry info).
• Your reflections, journal entries, weekly check-ins, completion reflections.
• Support requests and pastoral reflections you authored.
• Your role assignments and pastor/participant assignments.
• Your authentication record (email and password).

What may be retained

• De-identified research data already aggregated under your anonymous research code (if you previously consented to research) — this cannot be re-linked to you.
• Limited security and audit logs required for fraud prevention and legal compliance.

This action is permanent

Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. You will be signed out immediately.
